Rules
#

I usually don’t like writing rules. I feel like it is kind of unnecesary. For the most part you should probably trust your own judgement. But some things aren’t always very clear, so on this page I will outline the most important things.

Important!
Although these rules are enforced, the punishment decision is ultimately up to the staff. Please use common sense, and don’t try to find loopholes in these rules.

In the case of events with cash prizes. I reserve the right to withhold payout if participants are found to have violated the rules or exploited any unintended loopholes. Additionally, payouts may be withheld if the event encounters unforeseen issues or failures.

Global rules
#

These rules apply on all of my platforms:

  1. Be respectful of all users.
  2. Keep language/content appropriate and inoffensive.
  3. Don’t encourage harm towards others.
  4. Refrain from spamming or flooding chats/comments.
  5. Mass or unnecessarily bothering other users will result in a ban.
  6. Harmful links, files, or images are not tolerated.
  7. Threatening anybody (DDoS, death threats, etc.) is prohibited.
  8. Once punished, do not try to avoid/use alts to avoid it.
  9. Advertising is discouraged, please avoid doing so.
  10. No solicitation. (e.g. ‘Buying or selling Minecraft accounts’)
  11. Misleading other users is not allowed. (This includes impersonation)

(I pretty much just copied these from my Discord and changed them a bit to make them work everywhere).

Minecraft rules
#

On top of the Global rules, these rules also apply on my minecraft servers.

  1. Cheating is not allowed! (see Disallowed mods for more info)
  2. Exploiting glitches is also not allowed. (please report them!)
  3. Using alts is allowed, but only as a way to “disguise” yourself. Don’t play on more than 1 account at the same time.

Disallowed mods
#

Generally, if you use a mod that lets you do something you otherwise couldn’t do, it’s likely not allowed. I do make exceptions for some Quality of Life features.

Sometimes the line between Quality of Life features is a little bit blurred. Here are some examples of what’s allowed and what isn’t.

Allowed features
#

  • Zoom
  • Hiding players
  • Health indicators
  • Minimap1
  • Fullbright

Disallowed features
#

  • Freecam2

If you’re unsure about a certain mod or feature, please join my Discord and ask! It is very possible I forgot something, so if something’s unclear, please let me know so I can edit this post and fix it!

This post may be edited in the future if I change my mind about things.

  1. Minimaps are allowed (as long as they don’t show entities or caves), except in Block Shuffle and Death Swap. (If you use Xaero’s Minimap, it should automatically disable itself for those games). ↩︎

  2. Not to be confused with Freelook, which is allowed. ↩︎
